The amount of fees and time that your licensed is revoked also depends on the number of times you are caught operating a vehicle intoxicated and the extent of your intoxication.

• 1st: $1460.00 + 3 months to a year license suspension
• 2nd: $3,410.00 + 1 year license suspension
• 3rd: $4,610.00 + 1 year license suspension
